In Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 7. Februar 2014 mit Eingabe vom 17. Februar 2014 Beschwerde erhoben hat;
dass der Beschwerdeführer den ihm auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 11. März 2014 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
