The Federal Supreme Court held that the filing could not be treated as an ordinary civil appeal because the dispute value threshold was not met and no question of fundamental importance was shown. It therefore treated the submission as a subsidiary constitutional complaint. The appellants invoked arbitrariness, but they did not challenge the cantonal factual findings in a constitutionally compliant manner and did not address the reasoning of the Obergericht with the required precision. The Court therefore did not enter into the matter under the simplified procedure and imposed court costs of CHF 500 on the appellants jointly and severally.
Art. 74 Abs. 1 and 2 lit. a BGG, Art. 113 ff., 116, 117, 118 and 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; admissibility and reasoning requirements of the subsidiary constitutional complaint. Where the value in dispute for an ordinary civil appeal is not reached and no legal question of fundamental importance exists, the filing is to be treated as a subsidiary constitutional complaint. Such a complaint is limited to violations of constitutional rights and must identify the infringed rights and substantiate the grievance in a precise, decision-related manner; mere assertion of arbitrariness or reliance on an alternative version of the facts is insufficient. The Federal Supreme Court is bound by the facts found below unless a constitutionally relevant defect in fact-finding is properly demonstrated. If the complaint manifestly lacks adequate reasoning, non-entry follows in the simplified procedure under Art. 108 BGG (consid. 2).

In Erwägung,
dass das Bezirksgericht Bremgarten mit Urteil vom 18. November 2013 die Beschwerdeführer dazu verurteilte, die 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stockwerk der Liegenschaft U.________ bis spätestens am 2. Dezember 2013 zu verlassen und ordnungsgemäss zu räumen, unter Androhung von Vollstreckungsmassnahmen im Unterlassungsfalle;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Aargau mit Entscheid vom 11. Februar 2014 die von den Beschwerdeführern gegen das Exmissionsurteil eingelegte Beschwerde abwies;
dass die Beschwerdeführer dem Bundesgericht eine vom 20. März 2014 datierte Eingabe einreichten, aus der sich ergibt, dass sie das Urteil des Obergerichts mit Beschwerde anfechten und gleichzeitig um die Gewährung der aufschiebenden Wirkung ersuchen wollen;
dass die Präsidentin der I. zivilrechtlichen Abteilung mit Verfügung vom 24. März 2014 das Gesuch um Gewährung der aufschiebenden Wirkung abwies;
dass das Bundesgericht von Amtes wegen prüft, ob ein Rechtsmittel zulässig ist (BGE 137 III 417 E. 1; 136 II 101 E. 1, 470 E. 1; 135 III 212 E. 1);
dass gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im vorliegenden Fall nicht zulässig ist, weil der erforderliche Streitwert gemäss Art. 74 Abs. 1 BGG nicht erreicht wird und sich keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführer unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne von Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass mit der subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);
dass in der Beschwerdeschrift dargelegt werden muss, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen in Auseinandersetzung mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides präzise zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG; BGE 134 V 138 E. 2.1 S. 143; 133 III 439 E. 3.2 S. 444 mit Hinweis);
dass das Bundesgericht seinem Urteil den Sachverhalt zugrunde legt, den die Vorinstanz festgestellt hat (Art. 118 Abs. 1 BGG) und es davon nur abweichen kann, wenn die Sachverhaltsfeststellung unter Verletzung eines verfassungsmässigen Rechts zustande kam (Art. 118 Abs. 2 und Art. 116 BGG), was die beschwerdeführende Partei mit einer den vorstehend genannten Anforderungen genügenden Begründung geltend zu machen hat (Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführer zwar einen Verstoss gegen das Willkürverbot (Art. 9 BV) rügen, diesen Vorwurf jedoch ohne Erhebung tauglicher Sachverhaltsrügen nicht auf die tatsächlichen Feststellungen im angefochtenen Entscheid, sondern auf eine eigene Version des Sachverhalts stützen und auch nicht in Auseinandersetzung mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids in einer den Begründungsanforderungen genügenden Weise begründen;
dass im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG zu entscheiden ist über Nichteintreten auf Beschwerden, die keine hinreichende Begründung enthalten (Abs. 1 lit. b);
dass die Voraussetzungen von Art. 108 BGG vorliegend gegeben sind, weshalb auf die Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten bei diesem Verfahrensausgang den Beschwerdeführern aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt (unter solidarischer Haftbarkeit und intern zu gleichen Teilen).
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
