The Federal Court treated the filing as a subsidiary constitutional complaint because an ordinary civil appeal was unavailable: the amount in dispute did not reach CHF 30,000 and no question of fundamental importance was shown. It then held that the submission failed to meet the special constitutional reasoning requirements, since no specific constitutional rights were sufficiently invoked with reference to the cantonal judgment. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint. The request for suspensive effect became moot, and court costs of CHF 500 were charged to the appellant.

In Erwägung,
dass das Zivilgericht des Seebezirks die Beschwerdeführerin mit Urteil vom 22. November 2013 zur Zahlung von Fr. 25'920.-- nebst Zins an die Beschwerdegegnerin verpflichtete;
dass das Kantonsgericht Freiburg die Berufung der Beschwerdeführerin mit Urteil vom 13. Mai 2014 abwies und den erstinstanzlichen Entscheid bestätigte;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 13. Juni 2014 datierte Rechtsschrift einreichte, aus der hervorgeht, dass sie das Urteil des Kantonsgerichts mit Beschwerde anfechten will;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 25. Juni 2014 das Gesuch stellte, der Beschwerde die aufschiebende Wirkung zu erteilen;
dass eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im vorliegenden Fall nicht zulässig ist, weil der erforderliche Streitwert von Fr. 30'000.-- (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) nicht erreicht wird und sich keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne von Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass mit einer solchen Beschwerde ausschliesslich die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);
dass in der Beschwerdeschrift dargelegt werden muss, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides zu begründen sind (Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Rechtsschrift vom 13. Juni 2014diese Begründungsanforderungen nicht erfüllt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass mit dem Entscheid in der Sache das Gesuch um Gewährung der aufschiebenden Wirkung gegenstandslos wird;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, I. Zivilappellationshof, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
