The appellants withdrew their constitutional complaint against the Basel-Landschaft Cantonal Court decision in an eviction case. dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig sind (Art. 66 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegnerin keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Zivilrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the constitutional complaint should be struck from the docket after withdrawal
The proceedings were discontinued and struck out because the appeal had been withdrawn.
Once the appellants notified the Court in writing that they withdrew their complaint, the case became moot and had to be dismissed from the docket as concluded by withdrawal.
Allocation of court costs and party compensation
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellants; no party compensation was awarded to the respondent.
The withdrawing appellants were held liable for the costs under the Federal Supreme Court Act, while the respondent was not entitled to compensation.
