The Federal Supreme Court, in a written order, dealt with an appeal against a cantonal civil enforcement decision. After requiring an advance of costs of CHF 500 and granting an additional deadline, the appellant still failed to pay. The Court held that the appeal was therefore inadmissible under the LTF and declined to enter into the merits. It further ordered the appellant to pay judicial costs of CHF 500.
Art. 62 al. 3 LTF; art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF; inadmissibility for non-payment of the advance of costs. Where the appellant fails to pay the advance of costs within the initial and any additional time limit fixed by the Federal Supreme Court, the appeal is not entered into. The sanction is procedural and does not require examination of the merits. Judicial costs are charged to the appellant under art. 66 al. 1 and 3 LTF (consid. 1).

Vu l'ordonnance du 21 septembre 2012 invitant la recourante à verser jusqu'au 8 octobre 2012 une avance de frais de 500 fr. et l'ordonnance du 11 octobre 2012 fixant en application de l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF un délai supplémentaire jusqu'au 26 octobre 2012.
Que l'avance de frais requise n'a pas été effectuée dans les délais impartis.
Que le recours est dès lors irrecevable faute d'avance de frais (art. 62 al. 3 LTF).
Que les frais judiciaires sont à mettre à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 et 3 LTF).
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Chambre des recours civile.
