The Federal Supreme Court noted the appellant's withdrawal of the appeal against the Geneva Vice-President's decision concerning legal aid in protective measures of the marital union. The Court struck the case from the docket and ordered the appellant to pay a judicial fee of CHF 100. The order was issued in writing by the president of the Second Civil Law Court.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; Art. 73 PCF in relation with Art. 71 LTF: withdrawal of appeal; the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the docket. The withdrawal renders the merits moot. Costs are allocated according to Art. 66 al. 1 LTF and may be charged to the withdrawing appellant.

par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Un émolument judiciaire de 100 fr. est mis à la charge du recourant.
