The appellant challenged a cantonal appellate decision that had upheld a guardianship under Art. 392 No. 1 ZGB. The Federal Supreme Court held that the complaint failed to meet the required reasoning standard because it did not engage with the cantonal court's reasons and did not properly raise federal or constitutional violations. The allegation that the guardian had breached duties was outside the scope of the cantonal proceedings. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint and ordered no costs.

The Court examines only the subject matter decided below; complaints directed at issues not litigated in the cantonal proceedings are inadmissible. Where the pleading requirements are manifestly not met, non-entry follows in simplified procedure, and costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

in den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 10. April 2008, mit dem ein Rekurs der Beschwerdeführerin gegen die Beistandschaft nach Art. 392 Ziff. 1 ZGB abgewiesen worden ist,
in die Beschwerde vom 16. April 2008,

in Erwägung,
dass das Obergericht ausführlich begründet hat, weshalb seiner Ansicht nach die angefochtene Beistandschaft weiter bestehen soll und sich im Übrigen auch gefragt hat, inwiefern nicht eine Vormundschaft ins Auge zu fassen wäre,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin in ihrer Eingabe lediglich auf JAHWEH verweist, der Beiständin eine Pflichtverletzung vorwirft und behauptet, ihre Erscheinung sei stets korrekt gepflegt und sauber gewesen, während das Obergericht etwas anderes festgestellt hat,
dass in der Beschwerde anzugeben ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Bundesrecht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG) und auch Verfassungsrügen vorzutragen und zu begründen sind (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; BGE 133 IV 287 E. 1.4),
dass ferner in der Beschwerde anzugeben ist, inwiefern der Sachverhalt des angefochtenen Entscheids willkürlich festgestellt worden ist (Art. 9 BV; BGE 133 II 249 E. 1.2.2) oder auf einer Rechtsverletzung im Sinn von Art. 95 BGG beruht (Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin diesen Begründungsanforderungen nicht entspricht, zumal sie nicht auf die Erwägungen eingeht, sondern einfach behauptet, sie sei stets gepflegt, während der angefochtene Entscheid das Gegenteil feststellt,
dass die behauptete Pflichtverletzung der Beiständin nicht Gegenstand des kantonalen Verfahrens war,
dass die Beschwerde somit offensichtlich unzulässig ist und daher im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG durch den Präsidenten der Abteilung darauf nicht einzutreten ist,
dass keine Kosten zu erheben sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
