The appellant withdrew his appeal against the judgment of the Cantonal Court of Solothurn, Civil Chamber, in an alimony/matrimonial protection matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings by way of order. Pursuant to the applicable procedural rules, the court also imposed court costs of CHF 300 on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and the cantonal court.
