The appellant filed a civil-law appeal against a supervisory decision of the Ticino appellate enforcement and bankruptcy chamber concerning seizure execution. After reaching an agreement with the fiscal authorities, he informed the Federal Supreme Court that he no longer had any interest in pursuing the case and requested its removal from the docket. The instructed judge took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and charged reduced court costs of CHF 1,000 to the appellant.
Art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF, art. 71 LTF in Verbindung mit art. 73 cpv. 1 PC; Rückzug der Beschwerde und Abschreibung des Verfahrens. Wird die Beschwerde zurückgezogen, hat der Instruktionsrichter den Rückzug lediglich zur Kenntnis zu nehmen und die Sache abzuschreiben. Die Gerichtskosten sind grundsätzlich der zurückziehenden Partei aufzuerlegen; sie können jedoch nach Art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF reduziert werden. Für die Kostenverlegung gelangen die Regeln von Art. 5 cpv. 2 PC, über den Verweis von Art. 71 LTF, zur Anwendung (consid. 1-2).

Visto:
il ricorso in materia civile inoltrato in data 2/4 luglio 2007 contro la sentenza 15/20 giugno 2007 della Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino quale autorità di vigilanza [incarti n. 15.2006.88; 15.2006.101; 15.2006.104; 15.2006;105];
lo scritto 29/30 agosto 2007, con il quale il ricorrente, richiamato l'accordo intervenuto nel frattempo con le autorità fiscali, dichiara non sussistere più interesse alcuno al proseguimento della procedura avanti al Tribunale federale, domandandone lo stralcio;
considerando:
che il Giudice dell'istruzione, competente in virtù dell'art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF, non può far altro che prendere atto del ritiro del ricorso e disporre lo stralcio della causa dai ruoli (artt. 71 LTF e 73 cpv. 1 PC combin.);
che la tassa di giustizia, ridotta in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF, va posta a carico del ricorrente (art. 5 cpv. 2 PC, su rinvio dell'art. 71 LTF; artt. 66 cpv. 1 e 68 cpv. 1 LTF);
per questi motivi, il Giudice dell'istruzione decreta:
1.
La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 1'000.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti e alla Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino, quale autorità di vigilanza.
