il 4 luglio 2007 dalla Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.

Considerando:

che il 12 luglio 2007 A.________ è insorto al Tribunale federale contro la sentenza 4 luglio 2007 con cui la Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino ha nuovamente pronunciato il suo fallimento chiesto dalla B.________AG;

che. il 20 luglio 2007 il Presidente della II Corte di diritto civile ha invano invitato il ricorrente a fornire entro il 20 agosto 2007 un anticipo spese di fr. 2'000.--;

che. il 28 agosto 2007 il Presidente della Corte adita ha assegnato al ricorrente un termine suppletorio ai sensi dell'art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF di 5 giorni dalla ricezione del decreto per il versamento dell'anticipo spese;

che. l'invio postale, spedito quale atto giudiziario, contenente tale decreto non è stato ritirato dal ricorrente;

che. giusta l'art. 44 cpv. 2 LTF una notificazione recapitabile soltanto dietro firma del destinatario è reputata avvenuta al più tardi il settimo giorno dopo il primo tentativo di consegna infruttuoso e che pertanto il decreto del 28 agosto 2007, giunto a Camorino il giorno seguente, dev'essere considerato notificato il 5 settembre 2007;

che. non essendo intervenuto pagamento alcuno entro il termine assegnato, il Tribunale federale non può entrare nel merito del ricorso (art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF);

che. giusta l'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF il Presidente della Corte decide in procedura semplificata i ricorsi manifestamente inammissibili;

che. le spese giudiziarie seguono la soccombenza (art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF).

Per questi motivi, il Tribunale federale pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2.

Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 500.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.

3.

Comunicazione alle parti e alla Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino e per informazione all'Ufficio di esecuzione e fallimenti di Bellinzona.
