X.________ AG appealed a cantonal debt-enforcement decision concerning a seizure notice. After the Federal Supreme Court had already refused legal aid, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 30 August 2013. The presiding member therefore struck the case out of the docket. The request for suspensive effect was declared moot, and court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties, the enforcement office, and the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen.

Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the appeal and discontinuance of federal proceedings; when the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case off the docket by order of the presiding judge under Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG. Any request for suspensive effect becomes moot. Costs are as a rule imposed on the withdrawing appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, unless special circumstances justify a different allocation.

Art. 73 BZP), das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos wird und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_552/2013 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Betreibungsamt A.________ und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
