The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant's first filing by email was procedurally invalid and that the later postal filing was late because the cantonal decision was deemed served on 22 October 2010. Applying simplified procedure under Art. 108(1)(a) BGG, the Court refused to enter into the appeal. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 500. The request for suspensive effect became moot.

Appeals to the Federal Supreme Court must be filed only by the statutory means, namely by hand delivery, by post, or electronically with a recognized electronic signature; a simple e-mail filing is ineffective. Where the impugned decision is deemed served upon expiry of the postal collection period, the appeal deadline runs from that date. If the appeal is manifestly inadmissible because it is both irregularly filed and late, the Court may decline to enter in simplified procedure (consid. 1). Costs follow the outcome.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72 ff. BGG gegen u.a. den Entscheid vom 11. Oktober 2010 des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern (Appellationshof, 2. Zivilkammer), das (wie bereits die erste Instanz, deren Entscheid jedoch beim Bundesgericht nicht mitangefochten werden kann: Art. 75 Abs. 1 BGG) über die Beschwerdeführerin mit Wirkung ab Montag, den xxx den Konkurs eröffnet hat,
in Erwägung,
dass Beschwerden an das Bundesgericht nur in den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Formen, d.h. durch Übergabe an das Bundesgericht oder an die Schweizerische Post (Art. 48 Abs. 1 BGG) oder aber durch elektronische Eingabe mit elektronisch anerkannter Signatur (Art. 42 Abs. 4 BGG) erhoben werden können,
dass deshalb die von der Beschwerdeführerin per E-Mail eingereichte erste Beschwerdeeingabe unzulässig ist,
dass zwar die Beschwerdeführerin eine zweite Beschwerdeeingabe per Post eingereicht hat,
dass sich diese jedoch als verspätet erweist,
dass nämlich der angefochtene Entscheid vom 11. Oktober 2010 des Obergerichts (wegen Nichtabholens bei der Post) als der Beschwerdeführerin am 22. Oktober 2010 (letzter Tag der postalischen Abholfrist) zugestellt gilt,
dass die per Post eingereichte zweite Beschwerdeeingabe erst am 26. November 2010 und damit nach Ablauf der 30-tägigen Beschwerdefrist (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG) bei der Schweizerischen Post eingetroffen ist,
dass somit auf die - offensichtlich unzulässige - Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass mit dem Beschwerdeentscheid das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos wird,
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, dem Konkursamt Oberland, dem Handelsregisteramt des Kantons Bern und dem Grundbuchamt A.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Because the appeal was manifestly inadmissible, the Court did not enter into the matter.
Art. 108(1)(a) BGG allows non-entry in simplified procedure when inadmissibility is obvious.
