The appellant withdrew his constitutional complaint against the Bernese High Court's decision in a definitive debt-enforcement matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case from the docket. Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant. dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 14. März 2013 zurückgezogen hat, das Beschwerdeverfahren daher durch das präsidierende Mitglied (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt das präsidierende Mitglied:

Das Verfahren 5D_34/2013 wird als durch Rückzug der Verfassungsbeschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
