Complaints addressing unrelated decisions fall outside the scope of review. In addition, constitutional complaints must comply with the heightened reasoning requirements of Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG. Manifestly inadmissible or hopeless complaints do not justify free legal aid; costs are borne by the losing party and no party compensation is due absent success.

Nach Einsicht
in die (als Verfassungsbeschwerde entgegengenommene) Eingabe gegen den Entscheid vom 17. Februar 2014 des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau (betreffend definitive Rechtsöffnung),
in Erwägung,
dass die Verfassungsbeschwerde von vornherein unzulässig ist, soweit der Beschwerdeführer andere Entscheide als den Entscheid des Obergerichts vom 17. Februar 2014 anficht und Anträge stellt, die mit diesem Entscheid in keinem Zusammenhang stehen,
dass sodann Verfassungsbeschwerden innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben sind (Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 100 Abs. 1, 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Entscheid des Obergerichts vom 17. Februar 2014 als dem Beschwerdeführer (ungeachtet seiner der Post erteilten Aufträge zur Verlängerung der Postaufbewahrung) am 7. März 2014 (letzter Tag der siebentägigen Abholfrist) eröffnet gilt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG; BGE 127 I 31 E. 2 und 3 S. 33 ff.),
dass der Beschwerdeführer die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht erst am 17. April 2014 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist (Montag, den 7. April 2014) der Post übergeben hat,
dass sich somit die Verfassungsbeschwerde als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass im Übrigen die Verfassungsbeschwerde auch deshalb unzulässig wäre, weil sie den Begründungsanforderungen der Art. 116 und 117 i.V.m. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG in keiner Weise entspricht,
dass dem Beschwerdeführer die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege in Anbetracht der Aussichtslosigkeit der Verfassungsbeschwerde nicht gewährt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der unterliegende Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen erhält,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und das präsidierende Abteilungsmitglied zuständig ist,
Auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dem Beschwerdeführer wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
