Erwägungen:

Mit Verfügung vom 28. Januar 2010 erteilte der Einzelrichter am Kantonsgericht der Beschwerdegegnerin in der Betreibung Nr. 1 des Betreibungsamtes Z.________ definitive Rechtsöffnung für Fr. 27'906.-- nebst Zins zu 5% auf Fr. 27'606.-- seit 16. September 2009. Das Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Justizkommission, Zivilrechtliche Kammer, wies mit Urteil vom 18. März 2010 eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde ab. Gegen dieses Urteil hat die Beschwerdeführerin mit Eingabe vom 26. April 2010 beim Bundesgericht Beschwerde erhoben.

2.1 Da in der vorliegenden vermögensrechtlichen Zivilsache (Art. 72 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG) der Streitwert von Fr. 30'000.-- nicht erreicht ist (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG), ist gegen den angefochtenen Entscheid nur die Verfassungsbeschwerde gegeben (Art. 113 BGG). In der Verfassungsbeschwerde ist die Rüge der Verletzung verfassungsmässiger Rechte vorzubringen und zu begründen (Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG sowie Art. 116 BGG), d.h. anhand der Erwägungen des kantonalen Entscheids klar und detailliert darzulegen, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte und inwiefern sie durch diesen Entscheid verletzt sein sollen (BGE 133 II 396 E. 3.1 S. 399).
2.2 Die Beschwerdeführerin nennt in der Beschwerde weder eine Norm der Bundesverfassung bzw. der kantonalen Verfassung, noch zeigt sie auf, inwiefern diese Norm durch den angefochtenen Entscheid verletzt worden sein soll. Auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Verfassungsbeschwerde ist daher in Anwendung von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG i.V.m. Art. 117 und Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit b BGG durch die Präsidentin der Abteilung unter Kostenfolge für die Beschwerdeführerin (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) nicht einzutreten.
Demnach erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Justizkommission, Zivilrechtliche Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
