In a subsidiary constitutional complaint, only violations of constitutional rights may be raised and must be pleaded in a manner that is clear, detailed and focused on the reasoning of the challenged decision; merely abstract or appellatory criticism is insufficient (consid. 1). Rulings outside the scope of the cantonal decision are inadmissible. Where the complaint is manifestly inadmissible, insufficiently reasoned or abusive, non-entry follows in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 BGG. Free legal aid is denied if the remedy lacks prospects of success; the unsuccessful party bears the costs.

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 26. November 2012 des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft (Abteilung Zivilrecht).
Nach Einsicht
in die Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Entscheid 410 12 300 vom 26. November 2012 des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft, das auf eine Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin gegen einen Rechtsöffnungsentscheid (Streitwert Fr. 2'500.--) nicht eingetreten ist,
in Erwägung,
dass gegen den in einer vermögensrechtlichen Angelegenheit ergangenen Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts mangels Erreichens der Streitwertgrenze (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) und mangels Vorliegens einer Ausnahme gemäss Art. 74 Abs. 2 BGG allein die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde nach Art. 113 ff. BGG offen steht, weshalb die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin als solche entgegengenommen worden ist,
dass die Verfassungsbeschwerde zum Vornherein unzulässig ist, soweit die Beschwerdeführerin um Wiederherstellung der kantonalen Kostenvorschussfrist ersucht, weil für die Behandlung eines Gesuchs nach Art. 148 ZPO nicht das Bundesgericht, sondern das Kantonsgericht zuständig ist,
dass die Verfassungsbeschwerde auch insoweit unzulässig ist, als die Beschwerdeführerin Rügen erhebt, die nicht Gegenstand des angefochtenen Entscheids bildeten und daher auch nicht Gegenstand des bundesgerichtlichen Urteils sein können, was insbesondere für die Beschwerdevorbringen betreffend die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege gilt,
dass sodann in einer subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde die Rüge der Verletzung verfassungsmässiger Rechte vorzubringen und zu begründen (Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG sowie Art. 116 BGG), d.h. anhand der Erwägungen des kantonalen Entscheids klar und detailliert darzulegen ist, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte und inwiefern sie durch diesen Entscheid verletzt sein sollen (BGE 133 II 396 E. 3.1 S. 399), ansonst auf die Beschwerde nicht eingetreten wird (Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG),
dass das Kantonsgericht im Entscheid vom 26. November 2012 erwog, die Beschwerdeführerin habe (innerhalb der ihr mit Säumnisandrohung angesetzten, nicht erstreckbaren Nachfrist) den Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 300.-- nicht geleistet, weshalb androhungsgemäss auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten sei (Art. 101 Abs. 3 ZPO),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin in ihrer Eingabe an das Bundesgericht nicht in nachvollziehbarer Weise auf die entscheidenden kantonsgerichtlichen Erwägungen eingeht,
dass sie erst recht nicht anhand dieser Erwägungen nach den gesetzlichen Anforderungen, d.h. klar und detailliert aufzeigt, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte und inwiefern sie durch den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts vom 26. November 2012 verletzt sein sollen,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin ausserdem einmal mehr allein zum Zweck der Verzögerung der Zwangsvollstreckung und damit missbräuchlich prozessiert (Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG),
dass somit auf die - offensichtlich unzulässige bzw. keine hinreichende Begründung enthaltende und überdies missbräuchliche - Verfassungsbeschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 117 i.V.m. Art 108 Abs. 1 lit. a bis c BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführerin die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege in Anbetracht der Aussichtslosigkeit der Verfassungsbeschwerde nicht gewährt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und das präsidierende Abteilungsmitglied zuständig ist,
dass sich das Bundesgericht in dieser Sache vorbehält, allfällige weitere Eingaben in der Art der bisherigen, namentlich missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche ohne Antwort abzulegen,
erkennt das präsidierende Mitglied:

Auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
