A.________ SA asked the Federal Supreme Court to interpret its earlier judgment 5A_571/2010, arguing that it had not clearly removed the cantonal appeal costs after annulling the bankruptcy order. The Court held that interpretation under Art. 129 para. 1 LTF is only possible where the dispositif is unclear or contradictory. Since the annulment of the bankruptcy necessarily entailed annulment of the accessory cost allocation, there was nothing to interpret. The request was rejected, and no costs or party compensation were awarded.

demande d'interprétation de l'arrêt du Tribunal fédéral suisse 5A_571/2010 du 2 février 2011.

considérant:
que l'arrêt dont l'interprétation est demandée admet, dans la mesure de sa recevabilité, un recours interjeté par la requérante contre un arrêt cantonal confirmant le prononcé de sa faillite, et réforme cet arrêt cantonal en ce sens que la faillite est annulée;
qu'il est en outre rendu sans frais et condamne l'Etat de Fribourg à verser des dépens à la requérante;
que se voyant refuser par l'autorité précédente la restitution des frais de son appel cantonal au motif que l'arrêt du Tribunal fédéral aurait laissé subsister la condamnation auxdits frais, la requérante sollicite une interprétation sur ce point en se fondant sur l'art. 129 al. 1 LTF;
que cette disposition prévoit une interprétation notamment lorsque le dispositif d'un arrêt est peu clair, incomplet ou équivoque, ou si des éléments sont contradictoires entre eux ou avec les motifs;
qu'il allait de soi, sans qu'il fût nécessaire de le dire dans l'arrêt en question, que l'annulation sur le principal, la faillite, emportait celle sur l'accessoire, les frais de la procédure d'appel cantonale;
que la demande d'interprétation est donc mal fondée et doit par conséquent être rejetée;

que le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais ni dépens;

par ces motifs, le Tribunal fédéral prononce:

La demande d'interprétation est rejetée.

2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais, ni alloué de dépens.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux participants à la procédure et à la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg.
