The Federal Supreme Court dismissed a constitutional complaint by X.________ AG in a debt enforcement auction dispute concerning two seized machines. It held that the complaint was inadmissible against the enforcement office and the lower supervisory authority because only the final cantonal decision could be attacked. It also found that complaints about incorrect application of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act had to be raised by the special remedy to the Federal Supreme Court’s Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Chamber, which the appellant had already used. Finally, the court held that the pleading requirements were not met because the appellant did not engage with the cantonal reasoning. The complaint was not entered into, and costs of CHF 1,200 were imposed on the appellant.

des Obergerichts des Kantons Thugau vom
19. Dezember 2003.

Das Bundesgericht hat nach Einsicht

in die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 19. Dezember 2003 des Obergerichts des Kantons Thurgau, das als obere kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs eine Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin gegen einen (ihre erste Beschwerde abweisenden) Entscheid der unteren Aufsichtsbehörde (betreffend die von der Beschwerdeführerin beantragte Aufhebung eines am 26. September 2003 erfolgten Steigerungszuschlags bezüglich zweier im Rahmen von Betreibungen der Q.________ gepfändeter Maschinen) abgewiesen hat,
in Erwägung,
dass sich die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde - von hier nicht gegebenen Ausnahmen abgesehen - nur gegen letztinstanzliche kantonale Entscheide richten kann (Art. 86 Abs. 1 OG),

dass deshalb die vorliegende Beschwerde zum Vornherein unzulässig ist, soweit sie sich gegen das Betreibungsamt Z.________ und gegen den Entscheid der unteren Aufsichtsbehörde richtet ,

dass ferner die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde als subsidiäres Rechtsmittel ausgeschlossen ist, soweit die behauptete Rechtsverletzung mit einem anderen Rechtsmittel geltend gemacht werden kann (Art. 84 Abs. 2 OG),

dass daher die Beschwerde auch insoweit unzulässig ist, als die Beschwerdeführerin dem Obergericht Willkür wegen unrichtiger Anwendung von Bestimmungen des SchKG (namentlich von Art. 123, 125 und 138 SchKG) vorwirft, weil für diese Rüge die Beschwerde an die Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurskammer des Bundesgerichts (Art. 19 SchKG, Art. 78 ff. OG) offen steht (Amonn/Walther, Grundriss des Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkursrechts, 7. Aufl. 2003, S. 56 Rz. 100),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin denn auch gegen den obergerichtlichen Entscheid vom 19. Dezember 2003 eine solche Beschwerde erhoben hat (Verfahren 7B.36/2004),

dass sodann die Zulässigkeit einer staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde eine klare und detaillierte Darlegung darüber voraussetzt, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte und inwiefern sie durch den letztinstanzlichen kantonalen Entscheid verletzt sein sollen (Art. 90 Abs. 1 lit. b OG, BGE 125 I 71 E. 1c),

dass die Beschwerdeführerin zwar (neben dem Vorwurf der Willkür) die Rüge der Verletzung von Art. 6 EMRK durch Befangenheit erhebt, weil die untere Aufsichtsbehörde seinerzeit den Aufschub der Versteigerung verweigert habe,

dass jedoch die Beschwerdeführerin mit diesen Vorbringen nicht auf den allein anfechtbaren (Art. 86 Abs. 1 OG) obergerichtlichen Entscheid eingeht,

dass sie sich ebenso wenig mit den obergerichtlichen Erwägungen auseinandersetzt, wonach die Beschwerdeführerin mit ihrem Rückweisungsantrag nicht zu hören sei, weil das Obergericht über den Rekurs der Beschwerdeführerin selbst entscheiden könne,

dass es die Beschwerdeführerin erst recht unterlässt, anhand der obergerichtlichen Erwägungen nach den Anforderungen des Art. 90 Abs. 1 lit. b OG eine Verfassungsverletzung aufzuzeigen,

dass somit auf die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,

dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG),

im Verfahren nach Art. 36a OG erkannt:

Auf die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'200.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau (obere kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs) und dem Betreibungsamt Z.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
