Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Eine Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung der vollständigen Ausfertigung des angefochtenen Entscheids einzureichen (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG). Der angefochtene Entscheid wurde dem Beschwerdeführer am 2. November 2010 zugestellt. Die Beschwerde hätte daher, um rechtzeitig zu sein, spätestens am 2. Dezember 2010 eingereicht werden müssen. Sie datiert zwar vom 1. Dezember 2010, wurde indessen gemäss Poststempel erst am 3. Dezember 2010 auf die Post gegeben. Sie ist verspätet. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
