The single judge took note of the withdrawal, struck the case off the docket, and ordered that no judicial fees be charged.

Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais, de sorte que l'ordonnance présidentielle corrélative devient sans objet.
Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_1035/2013 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal pénal fédéral, Cour des affaires pénales.
