Das Präsidium zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin wurde mit Verfügung des Amtes für Justizvollzug des Kantons Zürich vom 26. März 2007 gestützt auf zwei Bussenumwandlungsentscheide zum Vollzug von insgesamt zwölf Tagen Haft auf den 22. Mai 2007 vorgeladen. Die Direktion der Justiz und des Innern des Kantons Zürich wies einen dagegen gerichteten Rekurs mit Verfügung vom 5. April 2007 ab. Zum einen sei die Behauptung der Beschwerdeführerin, sie habe die Bussen bezahlt, durch nichts belegt, und zum anderen könnten ihre Vorbringen, soweit sie die Entscheide beträfen, mit denen die Bussen ausgefällt bzw. in Haft umgewandelt wurden, heute nicht mehr gehört werden. Die meisten Ausführungen, die die Beschwerdeführerin vor Bundesgericht vorbringt, gehen von vornherein an der Sache vorbei, so dass darauf nicht eingetreten werden kann. Im Übrigen macht sie erneut geltend, alle Bussen seien samt den Zuschlägen bezahlt. Darauf ist ebenfalls nicht einzutreten, weil sich aus dem Vorbringen nicht ergibt, dass die Feststellung der Vorinstanz, die Bezahlung der Bussen sei nicht belegt, offensichtlich unrichtig im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG wäre. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Beschwerdeführerin macht geltend, sie sei obdachlos, und legt einen Bescheid der Sozialen Dienste Zürich vom 17. April 2007 ein, wonach sie für ihre Lebenshaltungskosten vollumfänglich unterstützt wird. Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt das Präsidium:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Amt für Justizvollzug des Kantons Zürich, Amtsleitung, und der Direktion der Justiz und des Innern des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
