Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Das Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn verurteilte den Beschwerdeführer am 18. Dezember 2013 wegen Tätlichkeiten, Beschimpfung und Verletzung der Verkehrsregeln zu einer Geldstrafe von 10 Tagessätzen zu Fr. 40.-- und einer Busse von Fr. 600.-- bzw. einer Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe von 15 Tagen. Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich ans Bundesgericht, ohne einen ausdrücklichen Antrag zu stellen. Sinngemäss verlangt er einen Freispruch.

Der Beschwerdeführer macht geltend, die Aussagen aller Zeugen und des Klägers seien unwahr. Die Beweiswürdigung kann indessen vor Bundesgericht nur bemängelt werden, wenn sie offensichtlich unrichtig im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG bzw. willkürlich im Sinne von Art. 9 BV ist. Die angebliche Willkür ist in der Beschwerde präzise zu rügen, und die Rüge ist zu begründen (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG). Dieser Voraussetzung genügt die nicht näher erläuterte Behauptung, Zeugen und Kläger hätten gelogen, nicht. Auf die Beschwerde ist mangels einer tauglichen Begründung im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
