Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige wegen Verleumdung nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurde. Die Rechtslage wurde ihm bereits mehrfach dargelegt (Urteile 6B_408/2010 vom 28. Mai 2010 und namentlich 6B_304/2009 vom 16. April 2009, 6B_773/2009 vom 13. Oktober 2009 und 6B_932/2009 vom 10. November 2009). Aus den dort genannten Gründen ist auch auf die vorliegende Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the appeal against the cantonal decision is admissible
The appeal is inadmissible and the Federal Supreme Court does not enter into it under Art. 108 BGG.
The legal situation had already been explained in earlier judgments; for the same reasons, the present complaint is not suitable for examination in summary non-entry proceedings.
Allocation of court costs
Court costs are imposed on the appellant, reduced in view of his financial situation.
As the appeal is not entered into, the costs are charged to the appellant; his financial circumstances are taken into account in fixing the fee.
