The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint because the appellant failed to pay the requested advance of CHF 1,000 even after a non-extendable grace period and warning. The court therefore applied the non-entry procedure. It also ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 800.
Art. 62 Abs. 1, Art. 108 BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs after expiry of the non-extendable grace period results in non-entry on the appeal in summary procedure. Where the advance is neither paid in time nor within the final grace period set under the law, the court may decide without entering into the merits. The unsuccessful appellant bears the court costs pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 30. Mai 2013 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht spätestens am 13. Juni 2013 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'000.-- einzuzahlen. Am 3. Juni 2013 teilte er sinngemäss mit, er werde keine Kosten bezahlen, weil er ungerecht behandelt worden sei (act. 6). Am 4. Juni 2013 hielt das Bundesgericht mit einer entsprechenden Rechtsbelehrung am Vorschuss fest (act. 7). Da dieser nicht einging, wurde dem Beschwerdeführer mit Verfügung vom 12. Juni 2013 die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene und nicht mehr erstreckbare Nachfrist bis zum 26. Juni 2013 angesetzt, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Am 13. Juni 2013 hielt der Beschwerdeführer an seiner Meinung fest. Diese ist gemäss dem ihm bekannten Art. 62 Abs. 1 BGG unrichtig. Der Kostenvorschuss ging auch innert der Nachfrist nicht ein. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the advance was not paid within the non-extendable grace period, the appeal had to be declared inadmissible under the summary procedure.
The court had ordered an advance, repeated the instruction with legal warning, granted the statutory final grace period, and the appellant still did not pay; therefore non-entry followed under Art. 108 BGG.
Allocation of court costs.
The court costs had to be borne by the appellant.
As the unsuccessful party in the non-entry decision, the appellant was charged costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
