The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant's challenge to a CHF 600 fine for speeding in a built-up area was purely appellatory and failed to show manifestly incorrect findings. The alleged visibility issue at the scene did not discredit the lower court's inspection-based findings, and an apparent mistake about the appellant's income was only a clerical slip without bearing on the conviction. Because no admissible grounds were raised, the Court did not enter into the complaint and imposed court costs of CHF 1,000 on the appellant.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass er im angefochtenen Entscheid wegen Überschreitens der signalisierten Höchstgeschwindigkeit innerorts um 26 km/h mit Fr. 600.-- gebüsst wurde. Die Vorinstanz stellt fest, sowohl die Tatortbesichtigung als auch ein Augenschein, welcher nachts und bei mit der Tatzeit vergleichbaren Sichtverhältnissen durchgeführt worden sei, hätten klar ergeben, dass die Rücklichter sämtlicher der beobachteten ortseinwärts fahrenden Fahrzeuge trotz der kleinen Senke in der Baldeggstrasse ohne Unterbruch sichtbar gewesen seien, bis die Autos im Dorfzentrum wegen der Linkskurve aus dem Sichtfeld verschwanden (angefochtener Entscheid S. 9 E. 2.3.2.). Mit der appellatorischen und damit im vorliegenden Verfahren unzulässigen Behauptung, die Beobachtung bloss einiger Autos kläre nicht, ob solche mit tiefer liegenden Rücklichtern in der Senke verschwinden könnten (Beschwerde Ziff. 2), kann nicht begründet werden, dass die Feststellung der Vorinstanz offensichtlich unrichtig wäre oder auf einer Rechtsverletzung beruhte. Bei der Feststellung der Vorinstanz, der Beschwerdeführer habe gemäss seiner protokollierten Aussage ein monatliches Einkommen von Fr. 100'000.-- (angefochtener Entscheid S. 14 E. 3.2.1.), handelt es sich um einen offensichtlichen Verschrieb, da der Betrag gemäss dem Protokoll auf ein Jahr bezogen ist (Protokoll S. 2). Aus diesem Versehen lässt sich entgegen der Ansicht des Beschwerdeführers (Beschwerde Ziff. 3) nicht darauf schliessen, dass auch die Verurteilung an Mängeln leidet. In Bezug auf seine Uneinsichtigkeit (Beschwerde Ziff. 4) behauptet er selber nicht, dass sich dieser Punkt bei einer Busse von Fr. 600.-- merklich auf das Strafmass ausgewirkt haben könnte. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'000.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Luzern und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, II. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
