A person merely affected by alleged criminal conduct lacks standing to appeal in criminal matters unless he has the procedural status of private prosecutor or victim within the meaning of the Victim Assistance Act. Appeals that are predominantly querulous or that do not specifically challenge the reasoning of the attacked decision fail to satisfy the federal substantiation requirements and may be declared inadmissible in summary procedure. Costs follow the outcome and may be imposed on the appellant (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer hatte gegen einen Untersuchungsrichter Strafanzeige eingereicht. Er sei ohne Angabe eines Grundes und ohne Haftbefehl festgenommen worden. Ein von ihm geleastes Fahrzeug sei ihm ohne Verfügung und ohne vorgängige Anhörung weggenommen worden. Und schliesslich sei er wegen angeblicher Nichtbezahlung einer Busse zu Unrecht inhaftiert worden. Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass im angefochtenen Urteil kein Strafverfahren eröffnet wurde. Der Geschädigte, der nicht Privatstrafkläger oder Opfer im Sinne des Opferhilfegesetzes ist, ist indessen zur Beschwerde in Strafsachen nicht legitimiert (Art. 81 Abs. 1 BGG; BGE 133 IV 228). Die Beschwerde beschränkt sich überdies zur Hauptsache auf querulatorische und somit gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG unzulässige Ausführungen. Und schliesslich befasst sie sich nicht konkret mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids, weshalb sie den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht genügt. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
