The Federal Supreme Court declared the criminal appeal inadmissible. The appellant, convicted by the Zug Cantonal Criminal Court (appeal chamber) of defamation and fined CHF 500 with an alternative five-day prison term in case of non-payment, merely restated his version of the marital dispute and did not show a federal-law violation in the lower court's reasoning. His additional allegation that protocols had been altered was also insufficiently substantiated. Court costs of CHF 800 were charged to him; no compensation was awarded to the respondent.

A complaint is inadmissible where the appellant merely asserts disagreement with the result or repeats factual allegations without specifically demonstrating, by reference to the contested reasoning, in what respect the decision violates federal law. General assertions, unsupported by concrete identification of the challenged passages or procedural defects, do not satisfy the duty of substantiation. In such circumstances, the Court may decline to enter into the matter under Art. 108 BGG and may charge costs to the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Wegen schriftlicher Äusserungen, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Scheitern seiner Ehe stehen, wurde der Beschwerdeführer im angefochtenen Urteil wegen übler Nachrede zu Fr. 500.-- Busse bzw. im Falle eines schuldhaften Nichtbezahlens ersatzweise zu fünf Tagen Freiheitsstrafe verurteilt. Er macht geltend, er habe das Leben von seiner Ehefrau und ihm zu Papier gebracht und sei sicher, dass darin die Wahrheit erkennbar sei. Damit ist er nicht zu hören, denn in der Beschwerde ist in gedrängter Form darzulegen, inwiefern der angefochtene Schuldspruch das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Dass und inwieweit insbesondere die Erwägungen 2.3 (Qualifizierung der einzelnen Textpassagen) und 3.4 (Zulassung zum Entlastungsbeweis) des angefochtenen Entscheides eine solche Rechtsverletzung beinhalten könnten, ergibt sich aus dem Papier vom 14. Februar 2006 nicht. Weiter behauptet der Beschwerdeführer, das Gericht habe Protokolle ohne sein Wissen abgeändert. Da er nicht darlegt, um welche Protokolle es geht und inwieweit sie abgeändert worden sein sollen, genügt auch diese Rüge den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 bzw. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Dem Beschwerdegegner ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, da er am Verfahren vor Bundesgericht nicht beteiligt ist.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Strafgericht des Kantons Zug, Berufungskammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
