The appeal was therefore not entered upon under Art. 108 BGG. The request for suspensive effect became moot, and court costs of CHF 800 were charged to the appellant.

Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Luzern, II. Kammer, vom 22. September 2008.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin wendet sich dagegen, dass die Beschwerdegegner A.C.________ und B.C.________ sowie D.________von den Vorwürfen der Widerhandlungen gegen das Bundesgesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb (UWG) und gegen das Bundesgesetz über das Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrechte (URG) freigesprochen wurden. In Bezug auf die Frage der Legitimation vor Bundesgericht beruft sie sich auf Art. 81 BGG und führt aus, sie habe vor der Vorinstanz am Verfahren teilgenommen und besitze ein rechtlich geschütztes Interesse als Privatstrafklägerin an der Aufhebung des angefochtenen Entscheids. Sie habe Zivilforderungen geltend gemacht und sei unmittelbar in ihren finanziellen Verhältnissen geschädigt. Da sie ebenso in ihren Interessen bezüglich des Schutzes von Urheberrechten und des unlauteren Wettbewerbs verletzt sei, sei sie zur Beschwerde legitimiert (Beschwerde S. 4 Ziff. 3).
Da der Strafanspruch nach ständiger Praxis des Bundesgerichts dem Staat zusteht (BGE 128 I 218 E. 1.1 mit Hinweisen), hat die Beschwerdeführerin als Geschädigte, die nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG ist, kein rechtlich geschütztes Interesse an der Aufhebung des angefochtenen Entscheids (BGE 133 IV 228 E. 2). Sie macht zu Recht auch nicht geltend, im kantonalen Verfahren zur Vertretung der Privatklage ohne Beteiligung der Staatsanwaltschaft befugt gewesen zu sein. Aus ihrer Stellung als Privatklägerin kann sie daher für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren keine Beschwerdebefugnis ableiten (Art. 81 Abs. 1 Ziff. 4 BGG e contrario). Sie ist daher zur vorliegenden Beschwerde nicht legitimiert. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache wird das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, II. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
