Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 17. Oktober und 7. November 2013 eine Frist und die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist angesetzt bis zum 18. November 2013, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 800.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Beschwerdeführer hat die Verfügung vom 7. November 2013 auf der Post nicht abgeholt. Da er mit einer gerichtlichen Sendung rechnen musste, gilt die Verfügung als zugestellt. Der Kostenvorschuss ging innert Nachfrist nicht ein. Folglich ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, 2. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
