The appellant was ordered to pay the court fee of CHF 500 as the filing was malicious and vexatious.

Where the complainant has obtained relief in the cantonal proceedings and otherwise lacks a legally protected grievance, the debt-enforcement complaint is inadmissible. Malicious and vexatious filings justify the imposition of court costs on the filer.

Die Kammer hat nach Einsicht
in den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, obere kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen, womit der Rekurs von X.________ gegen den Entscheid des Bezirksgerichts Uster vom 22. Dezember 2005 teilweise gutgeheissen worden war und die Sache an das Bezirksgericht Uster zurückgewiesen wurde, um über die Fristverlängerung im Sinne von Art. 270 Abs. 2 SchKG zu entscheiden, und dass im Übrigen aber auf den Rekurs nicht eingetreten wurde,
in die Eingabe von X.________ vom 8. Mai 2006, womit dieser die Aufhebung des Beschlusses des Obergerichts vom 24. April 2006 verlangt,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer geltend macht, sämtliche Bundesgerichte und alle Kammern des Bundesgerichts "seien weder unabhängig noch unparteiisch gemäss Art. 6 EMRK" und hätten in corpore in den Ausstand zu treten,
dass das Ausstandsbegehren offensichtlich missbräuchlich ist, weshalb darauf nicht einzutreten ist (BGE 114 Ia 278 E. 1; 111 Ia 148 E. 2),
dass der Beschwerdeführer infolge Gutheissung seines Rekurses in der Sache nicht beschwert ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführer rügt, die am Entscheid vom 24. April 2006 mitwirkenden Oberrichter Y.________ und Z.________ hätten wegen Befangenheit in Ausstand treten müssen,
dass im angefochtenen Entscheid dazu ausgeführt wird, der Beschwerdeführer hätte keine Gründe im Sinne von § 95 ff. GVG genannt,
dass der Beschwerdeführer mit Bezug auf die betroffenen Oberrichter konkret keinen der Befangenheitsgründe gemäss Art. 10 Abs. 1 Ziff. 1 - 4 SchKG nennt, sondern bloss behauptet, gegen sie Strafanzeigen beim Kantonsrat eingereicht zu haben, weshalb auf die Rüge nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass der Beschwerdeführer im Übrigen in seiner Beschwerdeschrift bloss seinen Unmut gegenüber kantonalen Behörden und solchen des Bundes zum Ausdruck bringt,
dass auf die Beschwerde somit nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass die Beschwerde offensichtlich böswillig und mutwillig im Sinne von Art. 20a SchKG ist, weshalb der Beschwerdeführer die Verfahrenskosten zu tragen hat,
erkannt:

1.1 Auf das Ausstandsbegehren wird nicht eingetreten.
1.2 Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Konkursamt A._________ und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, als oberer kantonaler Aufsichtsbehörde in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The recusal request was manifestly abusive and therefore not entertained.
A generalized allegation that all federal courts are neither independent nor impartial did not provide a legally relevant basis for recusal and was obviously abusive.
