The insured person appealed a Federal Administrative Court decision in an invalidity insurance case. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal did not satisfy the reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG because it failed to address the decisive grounds of the lower court, especially the alleged revision ground and entitlement to a spouse’s additional pension. Costs may be waived exceptionally under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 7. Dezember 2012 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts, Abteilung III, vom 7. November 2012,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt; dies setzt voraus, dass sich die Beschwerde führende Person konkret mit den für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgebenden Erwägungen der Vorinstanz auseinandersetzt (BGE 138 I 171 E. 1.4 S. 176, 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245 f.),
dass die Beschwerde diesen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, da sie sich nicht in konkreter und hinreichend substanziierter Weise mit den für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgebenden Erwägungen der Vorinstanz (insbesondere bezüglich des Vorliegens eines Revisionsgrundes und der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen für eine Ehegattenzusatzrente) auseinandersetzt und namentlich weder rügt noch aufzeigt, inwiefern das vorinstanzliche Gericht im Sinne von Art. 95 f. BGG Recht verletzt bzw. - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - den Sachverhalt gemäss Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG qualifiziert unrichtig oder als auf einer Rechtsverletzung beruhend festgestellt haben sollte,
dass deshalb kein gültiges Rechtsmittel eingereicht worden ist, obwohl das Bundesgericht den Rechtsvertreter des Versicherten auf die Formerfordernisse von Beschwerden bereits wiederholt hingewiesen hat,
dass somit auf die - offensichtlich unzulässige - Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass es sich bei den gegebenen Verhältnissen rechtfertigt, von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren umständehalber abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und der Abteilungspräsident zuständig ist,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Abteilung III, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
