The Federal Supreme Court held that the IV office's appeal against the cantonal social insurance judgment was inadmissible because it failed to satisfy the reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG. The filing did not specifically address the decisive findings of the cantonal court and did not demonstrate any violation of federal law or any qualifying factual error under Art. 97 BGG. A general allegation of incorrect fact-finding and violation of the investigative principle was insufficient. The Court therefore issued a non-entry decision in summary procedure and charged the appellant with court costs of CHF 300.

in die Beschwerde der IV-Stelle Glarus vom 18. Februar 2013 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Glarus vom 16. Januar 2013,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten wird (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG); die Bestimmungen der Art. 95 ff. BGG nennen die vor Bundesgericht zulässigen Beschwerdegründe,
dass dabei konkret auf die für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgeblichen Erwägungen der Vorinstanz einzugehen und im Einzelnen zu zeigen ist, welche Vorschriften bzw. Rechte und weshalb sie von der Vorinstanz verletzt worden sind (BGE 134 V 53 E. 3.3 S. 60 und 133 IV 286 E. 1.4 S. 287); eine rein appellatorische Kritik genügt ebenso wenig (vgl. BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 f. S. 245 f.) wie blosse Verweisungen (BGE 133 II 396 E. 3.1 S. 399 f.; 133 III 384 E. 2.3 S. 387 f.; 130 I 290 E. 4.10 S. 302; vgl. auch LAURENT MERZ, in: Basler Kommentar zum Bundesgerichtsgesetz, 2. Aufl. 2011, N. 51 und 53 sowie 61 zu Art. 42 BGG und dortige weitere Hinweise),
dass die Beschwerde vom 18. Februar 2013 den vorgenannten Erfordernissen offensichtlich nicht gerecht wird, indem sie sich mit den für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgeblichen Erwägungen der Vorinstanz namentlich nicht in einer den gesetzlichen Anforderungen an die Begründungspflicht genügenden Weise auseinandersetzt und insbesondere weder rügt noch aufzeigt, inwiefern das kantonale Gericht in seinen Erwägungen eine Rechtsverletzung gemäss Art. 95 f. BGG bzw. eine entscheidwesentliche, qualifiziert unrichtige oder unvollständige Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG begangen haben sollte,
dass hieran auch der in bloss pauschaler und appellatorischer Weise erhobene Einwand einer "unrichtigen Ermittlung" des Sachverhalts resp. einer "Verletzung des Untersuchungsgrundsatzes" nichts ändert, weil auch insoweit gegenüber den entscheidwesentlichen vorinstanzlichen Erwägungen keine hinreichend substanziierten zulässigen Beschwerdegründe im Sinne von Art. 95 ff. BGG vorgebracht werden,
dass deshalb auf die keine rechtsgenügliche Beschwerde darstellende Eingabe vom 18. Februar 2013 - ohne Ansetzung einer Nachfrist zur Verbesserung (BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.4 S. 247) - in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass angesichts dieses Verfahrensausganges die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Glarus und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
