SUVA withdrew its appeal against the judgment of the Aargau Insurance Court. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered that no court costs be levied. The decision was issued by a single judge and notified to the parties, the cantonal insurance court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of appeal. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court discontinues the proceedings and strikes the case from the docket. In such a constellation, court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG.

dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
verfügt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
