The appellant withdrew his appeal against the judgment of the Zurich Social Insurance Court. The Federal Supreme Court, sitting through the presidency of the I. Social Law Division, therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered that no court costs be collected. The order was served on the parties, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 2 and Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; withdrawal of appeal and discontinuance of proceedings. Where an appeal is validly withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the docket by summary order under Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG. In principle, no court costs are levied where the proceedings are discontinued following withdrawal, subject to the court’s discretionary allocation of costs under the applicable procedural rules. The order is issued without a merits review of the challenged decision.

verfügt :

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
