in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde nicht innert der 30-tägigen Rechtsmittelfrist (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG), sondern klarerweise verspätet (Art. 44-48 BGG) eingereicht worden ist (vgl. auch BGE 134 V 49 E. 4 f. S. 51 f.; 130 III 396 E. 1.2.3 S. 399; je mit weiteren Hinweisen),
dass somit auf die Beschwerde wegen offensichtlicher Unzulässigkeit im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass überdies die Beschwerde vom 27. Juli 2011 den in Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG statuierten Formerfordernissen offensichtlich nicht zu genügen vermag, weshalb auch insoweit ein offensichtlich unzulässiges Rechtsmittel (Art. 108 BGG) vorliegt (vgl. BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245 f.),
dass es sich bei den gegebenen Verhältnissen rechtfertigt, von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren umständehalber abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG der Abteilungspräsident zuständig ist,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
