in die nach Erlass der Verfügung vom 7. Oktober 2009 betreffend ungebührliche Rechtsschrift dem Bundesgericht am 19. Oktober 2009 zugesandte Eingabe,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den ihm vom Gericht gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 6 BGG angezeigten Formmangel der ungebührlichen Rechtsschrift innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 7. Oktober 2009 angesetzten, am 19. Oktober 2009 abgelaufenen (Art. 44 - 48 BGG) Nachfrist nicht hinreichend behoben hat,
dass es an den weiteren Gültigkeitserfordernissen des Rechtsmittels (Art. 42 Abs. 1 sowie Abs. 2 und Abs. 7 BGG) ebenfalls mangelt, da sich der Beschwerdeführer namentlich mit den entscheidenden Ausführungen der Vorinstanz zum fehlenden natürlichen bzw. adäquaten Kausalzusammenhang nicht auseinandersetzt,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Luzern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
