Where the circumstances so justify, the Court may waive court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 1).

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde nicht innert der nach Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG dreissigtägigen, gemäss Art. 44 bis 48 BGG am 4. März 2013 abgelaufenen Rechtsmittelfrist eingereicht worden ist,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass im Übrigen aus der Rechtsschrift - mangels einer wenigstens kurzen Auseinandersetzung mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids - nicht deutlich wird, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG; vgl. BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245), weshalb auf die Beschwerde ohnehin nicht einzutreten gewesen wäre (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG),
dass umständehalber darauf verzichtet wird, Gerichtskosten zu erheben (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG),
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
