The Federal Supreme Court dismissed the social insurance appeal in simplified proceedings because the appellant did not meet the minimum reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG. The filing did not show in what respect the cantonal decision or the factual findings under Art. 97(1) BGG were allegedly incorrect. As the appeal was therefore hopeless, the request for legal aid was denied under Art. 64(1) BGG. Court costs of CHF 200 were charged to the appellant.

in die Beschwerde vom 5. Mai 2008 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 25. März 2008 und das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen, folglich die Prozessbegehren als aussichtslos anzusehen sind,
dass gemäss Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG einer Partei die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege nur gewährt wird, wenn sie bedürftig ist und ihr Rechtsbegehren nicht aussichtslos erscheint,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten und das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege abzuweisen ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,

erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
