The claimant appealed a cantonal disability insurance judgment. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal did not comply with the statutory reasoning requirements because it failed to engage with the decisive findings of the lower court, particularly the psychiatric expert report and the assessment of somatic and somatoform impairments. In the simplified procedure, the court therefore did not enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs, which rendered the request for free legal aid moot.

The Federal Supreme Court enters into a complaint only if it is reasoned in a manner that specifically engages with the decisive considerations of the contested decision and shows, in a concise manner, which legal norms were violated and why. Mere appellatory criticism or a simple restatement of one's own view of the facts is insufficient. Where the complaint does not address the lower court's decisive findings of fact and assessment of evidence, the court may decide in simplified procedure not to enter into the appeal (consid. 2).

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 27. Mai 2013 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 15. April 2013,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass dabei konkret auf die für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgeblichen Erwägungen der Vorinstanz einzugehen und im Einzelnen zu zeigen ist, welche Vorschriften und weshalb sie von der Vorinstanz verletzt worden sind (BGE 134 V 53 E. 3.3 S. 60 und 133 IV 286 E. 1.4 S. 287); eine rein appellatorische Kritik genügt nicht (vgl. BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 f. S. 245 f.),
dass die Beschwerde keine genügende Auseinandersetzung mit der vorinstanzlichen Sachverhaltsfeststellung und Beweiswürdigung enthält, hat doch das kantonale Gericht eingehend begründet, weshalb es auf die Schlussfolgerungen des psychiatrischen Gutachtens des Begutachtungszentrums X.________ vom 29. April 2011 abstellte, und befasst sich die Beschwerdeführerin damit - wenn überhaupt - höchstens in appellatorischer Weise,
dass sich die Versicherte, indem sie sich auf eine eigene, abweichende Darstellung ihrer gesundheitlichen Verhältnisse beschränkt, auch nicht rechtsgenüglich mit den vorinstanzlichen Erwägungen auseinandersetzt, wonach in somatischer Hinsicht keine Einschränkung mit Krankheitswert besteht und eine allfällige Beeinträchtigung durch eine somatoforme Schmerzstörung nicht invalidisierend ist, weil die hiefür rechtsprechungsgemäss erforderlichen Kriterien nicht erfüllt sind,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG) und das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege demzufolge gegenstandslos ist,
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the appeal met the Federal Supreme Court's reasoning requirements under Art. 42 BGG.
The appeal did not sufficiently address the cantonal court's decisive reasoning and was largely merely appellatory.
The appellant failed to engage concretely with the lower court's assessment of the psychiatric expert report and its findings on the lack of invalidating somatic impairment and non-invalidating somatoform pain disorder.
Whether court costs should be charged and whether the request for free legal aid should be examined.
No court costs were charged; the request for free legal aid became moot.
Given the circumstances, the court waived the costs under Art. 66(1) sentence 2 BGG; as a result, the legal aid request no longer had independent purpose.
