L.________ filed a public-law appeal against the Ticino social insurance court judgment of 7 February 2007. After the Federal Supreme Court invited her to pay an advance on costs, she withdrew the appeal on 21 March 2007. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no judicial costs be collected.
Art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal after filing: the proceedings are to be removed from the docket without a merits decision. If the appeal is withdrawn, the court may terminate the proceedings by order; in the absence of a basis to charge costs, no judicial costs are levied pursuant to Art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase and cpv. 2 LTF. The dismissal of the case following withdrawal is a procedural termination and does not entail substantive review of the contested judgment.

che per ordinanza del 14 marzo 2007 il Presidente della II Corte di diritto sociale del Tribunale federale ha invitato la ricorrente a versare un anticipo spese di fr. 500.-,
che mediante scritto del 21 marzo 2007 L.________ ha ritirato il proprio ricorso,
che di conseguenza la causa dev'essere stralciata dai ruoli, senza spese (art. 66 cpv. 1, seconda frase in fine, e cpv. 2 LTF),
per questi motivi, giusta l'art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF, il Giudice delegato decide:

La causa è stralciata dai ruoli in seguito al ritiro del ricorso.
2.
Non si percepiscono spese giudiziarie.
3.
Il presente decreto sarà intimato alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino e all'Ufficio federale della sanità pubblica.
