The claimant appealed a Federal Administrative Court non-entry ruling in an invalidity insurance case. In such a case, the court may decline to enter into the matter in simplified procedure under Art. 108(1)(b) BGG (consid. 1). If no court costs are levied, a request for exemption from costs becomes moot (consid. 2).

Nach Einsicht
in die von S.________ erhobene Beschwerde vom 3. Oktober 2007 gegen den Nichteintretensentscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 3. September 2007,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass nach der Rechtsprechung eine Beschwerdeschrift, welche sich bei Nichteintretensentscheiden lediglich mit der materiellen Seite des Falles auseinandersetzt, keine sachbezogene Begründung aufweist und damit keine rechtsgenügliche Beschwerde darstellt (vgl. BGE 123 V 335, 118 Ib 134),
dass der Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers weder ein Antrag noch die geringste inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem vorinstanzlichen Nichteintreten zu entnehmen ist, erschöpft sich doch die gesamte Beschwerdeschrift in folgendem Inhalt: "Anspruch. Ich sende (Ihnen) mit meiner Beschwerde alle medizinischen Befunde",
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird (womit das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege im Sinne der Befreiung von den Gerichtskosten gegenstandslos ist),
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
