The Federal Supreme Court dealt with an appeal in invalidity insurance against a cantonal judgment. The appellant's submission only referred to arguments made in the cantonal proceedings and did not engage with the reasoning of the lower court. The court held that the appeal failed to satisfy the reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG and did not show any manifestly incorrect finding of fact under Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG. In simplified proceedings, the court therefore declined to enter into the appeal and waived court costs.

dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung enthalten muss, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass aus der Begründung mithin ersichtlich sein muss, in welchen Punkten und weshalb der angefochtene Entscheid beanstandet wird (BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245; 131 II 449 E. 1.3 S. 452),
dass in der Beschwerdeschrift vom 12. November 2013 lediglich auf die Begründung im vorinstanzlichen Beschwerdeverfahren verwiesen wird,
dass ihr mangels einer Auseinandersetzung mit den Erwägungen des kantonalen Gerichts nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die vorinstanzlichen Feststellungen über den medizinischen Sachverhalt im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG qualifiziert unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber verzichtet wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG),

erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
