Pouvoir d'examen de la commission limité à l'abus de pouvoir d'appréciation du doyen. Les dispositions modifiant le règlement d'études, en vigueur depuis le mois d'octobre 1995, sont impérativement applicables, même aux étudiants redoublant leur première année au cours de l'année académique 1995-1996.
