The Tribunal administratif held that it lacked jurisdiction to review a refusal of authorization to carry a weapon issued against a Yugoslav national under the ordinance of 18 December 1991 (RS 514.545). The decision therefore did not enter into the merits of the permit refusal.
LTA art. 8; jurisdiction of the administrative court over decisions refusing a weapon-carry permit based on the ordinance of 18 December 1991 (RS 514.545): the Tribunal administratif lacks jurisdiction to hear such a challenge. Where the applicable special ordinance governs the permit refusal and excludes review by the administrative court, the latter must decline jurisdiction without examining the merits.
