Le remplacement de serres en plastique par des zones en métal ne peut être assimilé à une rénovation, mais plutôt à une rénovation liée à un agrandissement ou à une transformation partielle. "La transformation doit sauvegarder dans ses traits essentiels l'étendue et l'apparence extérieure de l'ouvrage, autrement dit son identité". Une dérogation au sens de l'article 24 alinéa 2 LAT ne peut être accordée, d'autant que la culture de plante en pots et dans des conditions artificielles (éclairage et chauffage) ne correspond pas aux buts de la zone agricole.
