Confirmation d'un retrait de permis de six mois sanctionnant un automobiliste sous retrait ayant accompagné un élève-conducteur. En l'absence d'indication expresse à ce sujet dans la lettre fixant la date du début de la première mesure de retrait, l'automobiliste condamné aurait dû se renseigner auprès du service des automobiles et de la navigation. Dans un tel cas, l'erreur de droit ne peut être admise.
