Nachdem diese eine hoheitliche Funktion ausübt, liegt es auch im öffentlichen Interesse, dass sie ausgesprochen vertrauenswürdig ist. Steht daher der gute Ruf eines Notars auf dem Spiel, muss er nach Möglichkeit Gelegenheit haben, diesen zu wahren oder wiederherzustellen. Insofern ist sein Interesse an der Preisgabe des Notariatsgeheimnisses erheblich und dringend.
