Nach Art. 56 SchKG sind "unaufschiebbare Massnahmen zur Erhaltung von Vermögensgegenständen" auch gegen Schuldner möglich, denen die Nachlassstundung gewährt wurde. Sowohl Fritzsche, Band II, S. 267, wie Jaeger, Komm. N. 2 zu Art. 56 SchKG, Handbuch Blumenstein S. 207 und Brand, JK Nr. 1092, S. 4, Anm. 14, bezeichnen die Aufnahme des Retentionsverzeichnisses als "unaufschiebbare" Massnahme, da diesem ja ganz überwiegend Sicherheitsfunktion zukommt. Im vorliegenden Fall wird dieser Charakter noch durch den Umstand unterstrichen, dass der Gläubiger ausdrücklich auch die Rückführung und Retinierung bereits weggeführter Ware verlangt. * Aufsichtsbehörde für Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs, Urteil vom 26.
