The complainant filed a supervisory complaint against the Leventina debt-enforcement office for alleged delayed justice in two enforcement proceedings. Before the court ruled, the complainant withdrew the complaint. The Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti of the Ticino Court of Appeal therefore struck the complaint from the docket as withdrawn and ordered that no costs be collected and no indemnity be paid.
Art. 67 cpv. 2 and Art. 68 cpv. 2 OTLEF; withdrawal of a supervisory complaint and consequences for mootness and costs.
