The President of the Pretura penale noted that the convicted person had paid the amount owed in the criminal fine-to-arrest commutation matter. As a result, the court ordered the proceedings struck from the register and notified the parties.
When, in proceedings for commutation of a fine into arrest, the convicted person pays the amount due, the proceeding loses its object and is to be struck from the docket; no substantive commutation decision is required.
